The Little Scare - stories for kids: Saturday 31 October 2026, 10:30–11:00, Biblioteket i Hornslet, Hornslet. Admission is free.

Pernille takes the youngest children down into the library basement and reads small spooky stories from the world of superstition - just enough to give you goosebumps, but nothing more.

The event is primarily for children aged 3-6 years and their parents. Both children and adults must register in advance.

About the venue: Biblioteket i Hornslet

Biblioteket i Hornslet is a branch of Syddjurs Bibliotek, housed in two listed buildings from 1910 designed by architect Hack Kampmann - the former courthouse and the district judge's residence. Behind the building lies a library garden open to all. Alongside books and cultural events, the library also handles citizen services such as passport and driving licence applications.
