Mental vulnerability affects most people at some point - but what happens when it strikes in the middle of your working life? This themed evening focuses on what the workplace can do, and what rests on the individual, colleagues, and management.

Thomas Weyhe and Mia Lykke Hvid, both ambassadors for EN AF OS, speak from their own experiences with mental vulnerability and the job market. Sine Skau Knudsen, social counselor at Grundfos, contributes a business perspective and explains how Grundfos concretely supports employees facing mental health challenges.
