Family Christmas Dance

Family Christmas Dance with live music: Saturday 28 November 2026, 11:00–12:00, Skørping Bibliotek, Skørping. Admission is free.

Rebildspillemændene from Museum Rebild present a family Christmas dance as part of "Christmas at Kulturstationen" in Skørping. The one-hour programme features Christmas dancing and singing games with live music, welcoming families of all ages: children, parents, grandparents, and anyone who wants to listen and move along.

The programme includes songs and dances such as "Nu er det jul igen", "På loftet sidder nissen", "Der bor en lille nissemand" and "Bro, bro brille". Everyone can participate, from toddlers just learning to walk to great-grandparents who prefer to watch and listen. No prior experience is needed.

Karin Skovmand leads the dances and singing games, while Else Schmidt provides live music. Both are members of Rebildspillemændene.

Remember to wear your Christmas elf hat - perhaps Christmas mother has a gingerbread biscuit for you.

The event is free and no registration is required. The arrangement is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation.
