Meet Warda and Therese

Warda and Therese al Belati share their life story in conversation with Paul Natorp - from their childhood in Iraq under Saddam Hussein's dictatorship and participation in the resistance movement to their escape and new life in Denmark.

The conversation explores how to build a family and keep love alive while living in hiding as a resistance fighter, and what it costs to leave your homeland, your roots and your identity to start over.
