Holte Library presents an exhibition exploring the picture book Ø. Author and illustrator Anna Jacobina Jacobsen visits the library to lead a workshop.

During the workshop, Jacobina takes the children on a shared reading and dream journey into the book's universe. Afterwards, participants decorate cardboard sardine cans and fill them with things from their dream journey.

The event is for children aged 5-10 years, and each child must be accompanied by an adult. Free tickets are required for each participating child - adults do not need a ticket.

About the venue: Holte Bibliotek

Holte Bibliotek is on the second floor of the Holte Midtpunkt shopping centre, a short walk from Holte S-train station. It is part of Rudersdal Bibliotekerne and reopened in June 2024 after a major renovation that added 270 square metres of space. Alongside its book and media collections, the library offers meeting rooms, study rooms and a shared kitchen available to residents and local associations. The event programme includes author evenings, reading clubs and cultural workshops.
