Ceramics Course with Stine Jespersen: 18 November – 16 December 2026, Vesterbro Bibliotek og Kulturhus, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 1400 kr.

This course is for anyone who wants to work with clay. Participants will explore a wide range of ceramic techniques throughout the course.

The group works on independent projects with guidance and feedback from Stine Jespersen. Each session begins with a new technique and an accompanying assignment that is introduced together. You can opt out of the group instruction if you prefer, as the group is accustomed to working very independently. The course is designed for those seeking new ideas and inspiration, and who gradually want to develop the confidence to bring their own ideas to life.

Stine Jespersen is a trained ceramic designer who has worked with sculptural ceramics for many years, exhibiting her work both in Denmark and abroad. She has taught children and adults at various levels for several years.

The course takes place in the ceramics workshop at Vesterbro Library and Cultural Centre. The workshop is user-run, and the course fee covers instruction only. Participants are expected to help with tidying and cleaning in the same way as other workshop users. The workshop may only be used during instruction hours.
