Paramedic and consultant Jacob Lynge leads this first aid course designed for the youngest children. The programme covers handling foreign objects in the airway, resuscitation techniques for children, and a review of the accidents most commonly affecting infants and toddlers.
The course is held in the large hall on the first floor of Osramhuset and is aimed at (grand)parents - both before and after birth - as well as others interested in the subject. Registration is per adult. Babies aged 0-12 months are welcome free of charge, but bringing a child is not required.
For fire safety reasons, prams and pushchairs must be left outside the building on the day.
