B-Joe and his youth band perform on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at Brønshøj Kulturhus in an evening titled "En aften i Lades Kælder" - a tribute to the legendary venue where the band played over 1,000 concerts. The concert draws on material from their 1991 and 1992 albums and is one of three Danish dates on the tour. Brønshøj Kulturhus occupies the renovated Brønshøj Gamle Skole, a 1901 building near Brønshøj Torv, and hosts a performance hall for music, theatre and film. Tickets cost 200 kroner.

About the venue: Brønshøj Kulturhus

BRØK - Brønshøj Kulturhus opened in August 2024 in the renovated Brønshøj Gamle Skole, a building from 1901 right next to Brønshøj Torv. The house has a performance hall for concerts, theatre, film and talks, along with workshops for ceramics, textiles and visual arts. It is run by the City of Copenhagen and partly replaces the former Kulturhuset Pilegården.

Brian Joe Johansen has shaped Danish blues-rock since the mid-1980s - from the legendary Lades Kælder residency with Azurit to the internationally released "Ready to Ride" and his current role as lead guitarist in Shu-bi-dua 2.0. His double album "Electric Blue" (2019) confirms that the guitar work remains as sharp as ever.
