Saturday Modelling — Valby Kulturhus, Copenhagen

Life drawing and sculpture sessions with a live model held on Saturdays, typically 3-4 sessions of 3 hours each between 10:00 and 16:00. The model is present from 11:00 to 14:00, so participants can arrive up to an hour before and stay a couple of hours after - though without the model present. Allow time for cleanup.

The schedule varies week to week: some Saturdays have no model, while free Saturdays may be added as extra sessions. Participants receive an updated timetable by email each week.

Clay is purchased on the 4th floor via MobilePay. Only the workshop's own clay can be approved for firing, so do not bring your own. You must bring your own tools and plastic bags. Floor easels on wheels are available to borrow on site.

The group consists primarily of experienced participants, but less experienced artists are welcome - however, no instruction or supervision is offered. Space around the model stand is limited, and if capacity is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list. Contact John Erik Hansen by email before your first visit to confirm your attendance.
