Nello & The Helping Hand Blues Band — Portalen, Greve Teater- og Musikhus, Greve

Nello - bassist for Johnny Madsen for over 25 years - performs with The Helping Hand Blues Band, bringing together some of Denmark's most experienced blues musicians. The band was nominated for a Danish Music Award as Blues Live Act of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, and in autumn 2025 released the double live album "All The Goods - Live At Godset".

The repertoire alternates between blues classics and original compositions, with the classics often given a personal touch. As the band puts it: "We don't want to be curators in the blues museum! We play the music the way we think it should be played!"
