About the venue: Musik Loppen

Loppen is a collectively run music venue on Christiania, set in one of the old military buildings on Sydområdet. Since 1973 it has hosted alternative rock, punk, indie and other genres outside the mainstream - including early shows by Blur, Beck and Smashing Pumpkins. All decisions are made unanimously at weekly meetings, and the work is entirely voluntary. Capacity is around 400.
