Writing Workshop: Crafting Plot and Believable Settings

Instructor Tonny Vorm covers fundamental techniques in plot structure and character development. The workshop includes short writing exercises and concrete examples from Danish and international authors, with time for discussion and questions.

Tonny Vorm holds a master's degree in English, is a literary critic at Information, and has authored academic books, essays, biographies, and the novels Spor i sneen (2022), De navnløse (2014), and Farlig siesta (2026).

The workshop is for adults and runs 16:30-18:30 in the event room on the 1st floor of Brønshøj Library. Participation is free but requires registration via Billetto. Computers are not provided - bring your own laptop and/or paper and pen.

This workshop is part of Copenhagen Libraries' monthly writing workshops around the city. Each workshop is standalone and lasts two hours. Questions can be sent to literature coordinator Emma at b67j@kk.dk.
