Star Day (ages 5-12)

Physicist, geologist and author Katrine Skovgaard shares her knowledge of stars and constellations, guiding children through the current night sky. She explains which planets are visible right now and how to recognize the constellations.

Afterwards, the children build their own small light projectors from toilet paper tubes and create dot-to-dot drawings of constellations.
