Description was written before the event

Nature guides arrange fun outdoor activities when Gråsten Agricultural School opens its doors for the day. A family-friendly event with activities for all ages.

About the venue: Gråsten Landbrugsskole

Gråsten Landbrugsskole sits just north of Gråsten on the former estate of Fiskbæk and was inaugurated on 2 November 1924, founded in response to the wish for a Danish agricultural school in Southern Jutland after reunification. The main building was designed by architect Peder Gram of Haderslev. The school is a boarding school and runs its own working farm with dairy and pig production, arable farming and an energy plant. Programmes range from the EUD and EUX vocational farmer qualifications to the management courses Produktionsleder and Agrarøkonom.
