Lunch Jazz with Dutch Sextet

Oriental Jazzband from Holland presents a lunch jazz concert at Hotel Sønderborg Strand, organized by the New Orleans Jazz Sønderborg association. The band plays vintage New Orleans jazz rooted in gospel, country, and rhythm & blues, and has previously performed at Jazz Ascona in Switzerland, Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival, and the 100 Club in London.

The ensemble consists of six musicians: Bram van Tongeren (trumpet), Harm Hillegers (clarinet, alto saxophone, vocals), Barry Woestenburg (trombone, vocals), Mark Sprong (banjo, vocals), Lauryan Feijen (bass), Bob Leijen (drums, vocals), and Ilias Ververis (piano).

The ticket includes the concert and two open-faced sandwiches. Doors open at 11:30, lunch is served at 12:15, and the concert runs from 13:00 to 15:30.
