Literary critic Jes Stein Pedersen presents this year's best books and recent publications that have made a particular impression on him.

Jes Stein Pedersen is a journalist and literary critic, former host of DR2's Deadline and culture editor at outlets including Politiken. He holds a cand.phil. degree in social sciences, reviews books today, and hosts the podcast Bogfolk. In 2009 he received the Arts Council's Communication Prize.

Biblioteket Sønderborg is the main public library for Sønderborg Municipality, housed in the Multikulturhuset building on Nørre Havnegade. It lends books, audiobooks, films and digital media, and offers study spaces, computers and free wi-fi.
