Psychomotor therapist, musician and music educator Rikke Mejlhede-Cranø presents a practical workshop on how musical stimuli benefit the youngest children - and teaches parents and children rhythm exercises that can be done at home using everyday household items.

Rikke Mejlhede-Cranø has worked for 17 years in birth and family care, including baby motor skills, family rhythm, birth preparation, postpartum support and yoga for pregnant women. She is also trained in relaxation pedagogy and yoga teaching with a specialization in health psychology, and currently works at APA - Evening School for Psychomotor Therapy and Relaxation Pedagogy.

The event is free but requires advance registration due to limited capacity. One ticket covers one adult with one child aged 2-12 months. If you cannot attend, please notify hblaes@kk.dk.

The room is on the 4th floor - strollers cannot be brought upstairs but can be parked on the ground floor on the red floor. This event is part of the "My Child's First" series at Copenhagen Main Library, where experts regularly focus on child development in areas such as language, motor skills, singing, reading, nutrition, zone therapy and multilingual children.
