Ideal Bar is the smallest of the three stages at VEGA - Musikkens Hus on Vesterbro, with room for around 250 guests. It serves as both an intimate concert venue and a nightclub, hosting events such as Klub Mini Vega, poetry slam and Hip Hop Kontoret. The building was designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen in 1956 as Folkets Hus, is now listed, and opened as a music centre in 1996 as part of Copenhagen's year as European Capital of Culture.
