My Child's First Touch

Katrine Birk teaches simple zone therapy and acupressure techniques that parents can use at home. At this workshop, you'll learn the most commonly used points and zones for your baby - for better sleep, digestive support, and relief from colds. Katrine Birk is a body therapist and author of the "Touch & Happy" book series, with over 15 years of experience treating babies and children.

The event is free but requires advance booking due to limited capacity. One ticket covers one adult and one child aged 2-12 months. To cancel, email hblaes@kk.dk.

The workshop takes place on the 4th floor of Copenhagen's Main Library. Prams and pushchairs are not allowed on the 4th floor - pram parking is available on the ground floor on the red floor area.

"My Child's First" is a regular programme at Copenhagen's Main Library, where experts give talks on child development including language, motor skills, singing, reading, nutrition, zone therapy, and rhythm.
