Lejre Arkiv and Gevninge Bylaug invite you to a free lecture on August 25 in the children's library at Gevninge Kulturhus, Bibliotek & Beboerhus.

The lecture explores historical aerial photographs showing how Gevninge has changed from the 1950s to today. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the presentation.

Afterwards, Gevninge Bylaug serves coffee and cake in the Tobiassen Hall.

Gevninge Kulturhus Bibliotek og Beboerhus occupies a building from 1927 in the centre of the village of Gevninge in Lejre Municipality. The library and the community house share the site and underwent a major renovation in 2024-2025, supported by the Nordea Foundation, merging into a single cultural hub with self-service access. The venue hosts talks, creative workshops and children's events for local residents.
