Workshop in Madens Hus

At the Agricultural Botanical Garden at Det Grønne Museum, rare old apple varieties are grown in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen. Museum inspector Bettina Buhl guides visitors through the garden and shares the history of apple cultivation, with tastings of the varieties.

In Madens Hus, chef Kim Thygesen from Den Gamle Stald prepares apple dishes using traditional recipes.

The event is free with museum admission, and no advance registration is required.
