Snaps, Juice and Jam - Taste Late Summer

Late summer is when the first edible fruits ripen in the nature area at Skellingested, and there are still plenty of green herbs to find. The tour explores wild edible plants in the area.

The list includes well-known species like mirabelle plums, blackberries and hazelnuts - but also overlooked ones like hawthorn berries, rowan berries and nettle seeds.
