A sound bath is a meditative session where the vibrations of sound help your body release tension and calm your nervous system. Maria works intuitively with her voice and singing bowls, creating a space where you can slow down and let go of mental chatter.

The session is open to everyone - both those trying a sound bath for the first time and those already familiar with the effects of vibrations.
