Free Travel Lecture on South Africa with Danish Travel Guide in Randers

Risskov Rejser presents a free travel lecture on the "Nature-Rich South Africa - Safari, Garden Route & Cape Town" tour. The lecture is presented by travel guide Steen Ramsgaard and covers South Africa as a travel destination, the tour's key highlights - including Kruger National Park, Garden Route and Cape Town - plus the opportunity to ask Steen questions. Steen Ramsgaard is a freelance journalist, travel guide, lecturer and author. He has worked as a journalist for over 35 years, including as editorial secretary at Politiken's foreign desk and reporter at TV-Avisen's foreign desk, where he covered the Gulf War 1990-91 with reporting trips to Jordan, Iraq and Israel, as well as the dissolution of Yugoslavia and the Balkan Wars in the 1990s. In 2016 he published the book "War in Europe's Backyard" about the dissolution of Yugoslavia, which opened the door to work as a travel guide. Since then he has led tours to Central and Southeast Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia - often to countries he previously visited as a foreign correspondent.
