A guided sound meditation session at Oasen, Nuets Center in central Odense. This session is designed for those who find it difficult to ground themselves because they spend too much time in their head. You will learn simple techniques to bring your awareness into your body and experience a peaceful mental pause through mindfulness.

During the session, singing bowls and sound instruments create vibrations that help calm your mind through sound frequencies and harmonics. No prior experience is needed - simply bring a willingness to lie down on a mat or bring your own mattress.
