Snacks for Mom & Baby

On August 25, 10:00-11:30, Janina from Feedmybaby hosts a workshop on simple, nourishing snacks for everyday life. What do you give your baby between meals - and what do you reach for when your own energy is low? These are the questions that set the agenda.

The focus is on easy solutions for both mother and baby: satiety, nutrition, and snacks that actually fit into a busy day. During the workshop, all participants create a personal snack card with ideas tailored to their own everyday life, and snacks are tasted throughout the event.

Tickets cost 50 kr. + fee - if you can't use it, you're welcome to pass it on. The event takes place on the roof terrace; access is via the parking deck (P1) at the exit. Strollers are welcome.
