Børnebanden: A Story of Violence, Gangsters and Childhood Tragedies in Today's Society

Swedish child soldiers. Violence for hire. Incels. Young people with knives in their hands and drugs in their bodies. The cautionary examples are numerous when we follow authorities' and media reports about what is described as a "corruption" among the Nordic children and youth. The big question is naturally: "Why?" In his lecture on Børnebanden, lecturer and criminologist David Sausdal provides some of the answers - answers that will both shock, outrage and, hopefully, help us understand what drives children and young people to turn to violence and crime and away from society.
