Creative Calm at BRØK
BRØKs billedværksted, Copenhagen · 250 kr. · ≈ 33 €
Are you recovering from stress and slowly finding your way back to everyday life? Taking a break from your studies because the pressure became too much? Do you sense that you might be neurodivergent and need peace of mind? Are you going through a difficult time and looking for a caring, creative safe space? Join the Creative Calm course, which runs over three sessions:
2 September, 9:30-12:00
9 September, 9:30-12:00
16 September, 9:30-12:00
One ticket covers all three sessions. In each meeting, you can draw inspiration from a new creative theme - or bring your own handwork. We provide all materials, and no prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. There is space for your needs and your pace.
During the course you can learn to make paper flowers, embroidery, wrapping samples, beaded flowers, and more. Creative Calm is a confidential space - what is shared there stays there. The two instructors are not psychologists or therapists, but have extensive experience creating safe frameworks for creative communities where you can participate without fitting into any particular box. Here you simply get to be yourself and find joy in creating within a caring environment.
Together we let the creative work form the foundation of a community where there is room for difference, calm, and focus. Teaching, guidance, materials, and refreshments cost 250 kr. for all three sessions. If you wish, this can be converted into a membership of BRØK's workshops for the rest of 2026 and the Creative Calm community after the course ends.
Instructors: Anja Kolby and Pia are experienced facilitators with a deep commitment to creating safe spaces for creative communities.
