Lecture: "Perfect on the Outside, Puzzle Inside - Women and Late ADHD Understanding"

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis late in life can feel like learning a new language for your entire existence. Suddenly it makes sense why you've struggled more than others, why you've often felt wrong, and why you've been exhausted. Relief, grief, anger, and confusion often exist side by side. Many are left with the question: "Who am I really, when I see myself in this new light?"

In my lecture "Perfect on the Outside - Puzzle Inside", you will be met, seen, and understood. You will learn more about masking, the invisible (over)load, emotional regulation, hormonal factors, and some of what rarely makes headlines but fills everyday life. You will certainly leave with less shame, more calm, and a much greater understanding of yourself, your past, and your future.
