Reach Out and Move: Network Across Boundaries - a workshop in conscious networking.
You cannot always control which opportunities arise. But you can strengthen the relationships that make it more likely they will. After the summer break, we invite you again to Network Across Boundaries at Kirstinelund - a workshop for you who want to work more consciously with your network. Not just to collect more connections and expand your network, but especially to create stronger relationships. The most valuable networks rarely consist of the most people. They consist of the people you develop together with, spar with, and consciously invest your time in.
Under the heading "Reach Out and Move", we focus this time on how you: strengthen the relationships you already have, create a network you want to grow together with, become more conscious about which relationships you invest your time and energy in, create value for others - because the strongest networks are built on the principle: Give more than you take.
Today's guest lecture is held by Mette Husted, who draws on her own experiences building relationships throughout her entire career. Through personal stories and concrete examples, Mette shares her perspectives on how relationships have been a decisive driving force throughout her career and why the strongest networks rarely arise with an agenda, but through genuine interest in other people.
The workshop is facilitated by Erhardt Borgbjerg Skjødt and Susanne Flintholm, who guide you through reflections, exercises, and dialogue.
Schedule:
09:00-11:00 Workshop
11:00-12:00 Networking, coffee, and opportunity to continue conversations.
If you have not visited Kirstinelund before, you are welcome to join a guided tour afterwards. Everyone is welcome.
