Time for mental self-care with sound meditation - a mindful pause in peace at Oasen, Nuets Center in central Odense. Especially for those who struggle to feel themselves because they are "too much in their head". You will be introduced to simple techniques to ground your awareness in your body, so you get a mental break in peace and mindfulness.
