This experience draws on traditional Finnish sauna culture, where heat, water and steam take centre stage. Water is poured over hot stones, creating a soft, humid warmth that fills the room. Natural herbs and essential oils are used throughout, adding scents and a connection to nature.

Between sauna rounds, the body cools down in cold water under a cold shower. The contrast between heat and cold is central to the experience and is followed by pauses to feel your body and find calm. Everything is guided at a gentle pace with a focus on presence and relaxation.

No prior experience is needed. Hot and cold drinks can be purchased at Cafe Sjæl, and cold water is available for your own water bottle.
