MandagsFlow is a morning session combining yin yoga, reiki, and yoga nidra, giving your body time to settle and your nervous system space to find calm. The session concludes with ocean drums, whose soothing waves support deep relaxation.

Julie is a reiki master, healer, and yoga instructor. She guides participants through the session with a focus on restoration, balance, and inner peace - and the event is open to everyone, including those who have never tried yin yoga, reiki, or yoga nidra before.
