Setting Course - Motivation, Self-Leadership and Career

Designer Stine Mikkelsen leads this workshop on motivation, self-leadership and career. She works at the intersection of craft and design, has studied at design schools in Denmark and abroad, and has run an independent artistic practice since 2017. She has built experience in mentoring and teaching as an instructor, speaker, panel participant and examiner, and offers both business and artistic mentoring through De Kreatives Forretning.

The workshop focuses on creating coherence between ambitions, practice and economics. You will clarify your professional motivation and personal definition of success, formulate a clear career direction with prioritized initiatives for the short and long term, develop a visual model of work-life balance between projects, economics and wellbeing, and identify which types of tasks, collaborations and work forms support your goals.
