Taste the Season: Mushrooms | Aalborg

Salling ROOFTOP celebrates autumn mushrooms with an evening under the open sky. Guests are welcomed at 17:30 with a glass of sparkling wine before three courses with views over Aalborg begin.

The menu centres on autumn mushrooms in various forms and preparations:

1st course: Mushroom toast with redcurrants and spinach in green oil. Waffle with a symphony of mushrooms and fried oyster mushrooms.

2nd course: Small tortillas with chilli-roasted mushrooms, coriander, pickled red onions and tarragon cream, plus grilled portobello mushrooms, fresh cheese, burnt onions and pickled red onions. Arancini with mushrooms, truffle mayonnaise and roasted root vegetable chips.

3rd course: Pavlova in a glass with seasonal berries and white chocolate.

Note that the number of places is limited, and the bar closes at 19:30.
