On a Drinking Spree Through Danish History - Bavaria and Bohemia Special is Middelaldercentret's answer to Oktoberfest. Bavaria and Bohemia had strong connections to the Danish royal house in the Middle Ages, and both regions have a long tradition of beer festivals - most famously Bavaria's Oktoberfest, which draws heavily on medieval references.
In this special edition, you can hear and taste the history of beer from Bavaria and Bohemia: the regions' connections to Denmark and the use of medieval symbolism in modern marketing of beer and Oktoberfest.
