Drawing & Watercolour Level 2 - Weekend Copenhagen

This course builds on Drawing & Watercolour Level 1 and introduces new materials such as coloured pencils and Posca pens. The programme covers layering techniques, various line styles, colour mixing from references, and limited palette work - with subjects including fish and mushrooms.

The course is for participants who have already completed Level 1. Time: 9:00-15:30 (we pack up at 15:15). The room must be handed over to another group in the evening, so it is important that we leave on time and take all our things with us between Saturday and Sunday. Coffee, tea and water are made communally. Lunch is not included - bring a sandwich or salad.

Bring the following materials:
- A5 or A4 sketchbook (e.g. Royal Talens, Moleskine or Seawhite)
- A4 block of watercolour paper
- Small palette with 6-12 half pans of watercolour paint
- Black waterproof pen (e.g. Uni-ball Eye fine pen or Uni Pin fine Line 0.7)
- Watercolour brush size 10 or 12
- Kitchen roll (bring your own - we use a lot for colour testing and drying brushes)
- Coloured pencils in dark, mid-tone and light shades
- Acrylic marker, e.g. Posca PC-1M Bullet shaped 0.7 mm

Registration is binding. Cancellation or date change must be made no later than 30 days before the course starts and incurs a fee of 25% of the full course price.
