Sauna Experience with Banya and Pirts Rituals

A 2-hour and 15-minute sauna experience at Vesterhavet with a mobile sauna on Sjelborg Strand overlooking the sea. The session is divided into 4 rounds: the first three feature traditional sauna bathing with essential oils and guidance, while the fourth round draws on banya and pirts techniques with heat, steam, and birch-whisk treatment. Between rounds, cool off with a dip in the North Sea.

The price includes homemade electrolyte drinks, fresh fruit, snacks, and access to sea bathing between rounds. Maximum 8 participants.

Remember to bring: 2 towels (one to sit on, one for the bath), bathing shoes, and optionally a bathrobe.
