A sound bath with meditation at Oasen, Nuets Center in central Odense - designed for those who struggle to feel present because their thoughts are racing. Instructor Anne Viese presents simple techniques to ground your awareness in the body using singing bowls, whose sounds and frequencies help calm the mind. No prior experience needed - just bring the willingness to lie down on a mat or bring your own.

Monday 17:00-18:30. Registration takes place via separate links for each date (21 September, 5 October, etc.).

About the venue: Oasen - Nuets Center

Oasen - Nuets Center is a wellness and therapy house on Thorsgade in Odense, where massage therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and other practitioners rent space on a full- or part-time basis. The centre has seven treatment rooms and a 60 m² hall with changing and shower facilities. Events include yoga, Qi Gong, lectures, meditation and sound sessions, so clients can access a range of treatments under one roof.
