Tour of Our Wild and Wonderful World

This guided tour explores the exhibition 'Our Wild and Wonderful World' and traces the development of natural history over the past 400 years - from the curious objects in Ole Worm's Museum Wormianum and the Royal Cabinet of Curiosities to large mammals from Bøje Benzon's collection, as well as fish, birds, plants and amphibians from around the world. Along the way, the tour also covers exploration expeditions such as the Galathea expedition, the Arabian journey in the 1700s, and expeditions to Greenland and Iceland.

The tour lasts 1.5 hours and is aimed at adults. There is room for up to 20 participants. Meeting point is the main entrance, Øster Voldgade 5-7, 1350 Copenhagen K - remember to bring your ticket. The ticket also gives access to the museum's other exhibitions on the same day during opening hours.

Wheelchair users are welcome; please notify in advance via rundvisning@snm.ku.dk so that necessary arrangements can be made. Tickets normally cannot be exchanged or refunded, but if the event is cancelled, notification will be sent via email from Billetto and the ticket price will be refunded automatically.
