Montañera + Mambe // Sonamos Latinoamerica CPH 2026

The festival's third and final evening marks Sonamos Latinoamerica's 10th anniversary with two Colombian artists.

MONTAÑERA is the musical project of Colombian singer-songwriter María Mónica Gutiérrez. She works at the intersection of electronic music, folk, and ambient, and is based in London with an international career behind her - from SXSW and WOMAD to Lollapalooza. Her music has also been featured in Netflix series. Her latest album, A Flor de Piel (2023), is her most significant release to date.

MAMBE is a Colombian singer, rapper, songwriter, and activist. Together with Mexican-Danish producer Danochilango, she blends cumbia, dancehall, hip-hop, Balkan brass, and urban beats. She sings in Spanish, English, Danish, and Swedish, and brings cultural diversity and collective resistance to the forefront in her live performances.
