Sound bath in Kuppelsalen with Anne Viese - Saturday, June 20, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM - 7:45 PM.

The session combines mental relaxation and physical release through tones, frequencies and sounds - without touch. The experience begins with simple mindfulness techniques: focus on breath, body and energy. Then singing bowls and sound bowls are set in motion, followed by a pause in silence, before the sound and gong bath concludes with sound bowls and gongs played in harmony.

Bring your own mat or cushion. During registration you can upgrade to rent a mat and/or a spot in the inner circle close to the sound bowls and gongs.
