Friday, October 2, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Anne Viese offers a sound bath and gong session at Audonicon, Grønnedalsvej 14 in Skanderborg. The session lasts two hours and combines meditation with resonant tones and frequencies.

During the session, you lie on a mat or mattress with a blanket over you, close your eyes, and let the sounds work while you turn your attention inward.
