Learn to use singing bowls for wellness - both on land and in water. The course takes place at Oasen, Nuets Center, Thorsgade 13 (rear building), 5000 Odense C. Free parking at Føtex.

This course is especially for you if you find it hard to feel grounded because you live too much "in your head". You will learn simple techniques to anchor your awareness in your body through sounds, harmonies, and frequencies from singing bowls, while lying on a mat or a mat you bring yourself.

Module 1 covers singing bowls for sound baths on the ground and takes place on Monday, July 27, 19:00-21:45. Price: 500/600 kr.

Module 2 covers singing bowls for sound baths in water and takes place on one of the following Mondays: September 7, October 5, or November 2/30, 19:00-21:45. Price: 500/600 kr. (or 750/900 kr. if you bring a friend). No prior experience required.
