Kulturmaskinen - Frølageret, Odense · 70 kr. · ≈ 9 €
A panel discussion about life with ADHD - the difficult parts, the strengths, and the everyday reality that many with ADHD navigate but don't always fit into. October is ADHD Awareness Month, and ADHD Social Club is focusing on the full spectrum of living with ADHD.
On the panel you'll meet journalist Mette Cornelius, Anya Swiegers, entrepreneur and influencer Tina Hoffman, and moderator Rikke Stokland. Three women share their honest experiences of living with ADHD - both the burden and the potential. The conversation covers why so many end up masking themselves or people-pleasing in work, studies, and relationships, how to find balance between energy and burnout, and how ADHD can be used as a strength.
After the panel discussion, the audience is invited to ask questions.
