Tantra for Couples Version 2.0 - Advanced

Tantra for Couples - Version 2.0 is designed for couples who have previously attended one of Sanseligt Parforhold's courses or have equivalent experience. The weekend builds on what you already know, offering the opportunity to deepen your practice with presence, communication, intimacy, embodiment, and the interplay between you.

You work exclusively with each other - no physical contact with other participants. All exercises are voluntary, a "no" is always respected, and there is no requirement for nudity. Topics range from presence and contact, communication, play and curiosity, heart tantra, erotic and sensual encounters, sexual energy, and inspiration for maintaining closeness in everyday life.

The programme varies slightly from course to course. Friday the course starts at 19:00 (arrival from 18:30) and ends at 21:00. Saturday there are exercises from 09:00 to 18:30 with breaks. Sunday you work from 09:00 to 13:00, followed by reflection and closing until departure at 15:00.

Facilitator: Peter Hjeds. Fruit, snacks, coffee and tea are served during the weekend - other food and drinks are brought by participants. Accommodation can be added or excluded; there are two guest rooms available for rent. Price: 5,000 kr. per couple.
