Anne Viese hosts a sound bath and mindfulness session on Thursdays in odd weeks at 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM on Østerbro. No experience required; simply come with a willingness to listen and sense.

Location: Nordre Frihavnsgade 17 D, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. Mats and cushions are provided on-site - just bring a blanket or two.

About the venue: Rytmikhuset

Rytmikhuset on Østerbro is a small teaching venue for rhythm, music and movement, run by Icelandic music educator Daggrós Thyri Ingudóttir. It offers classes for children from three months up to four years old, parent-and-child groups, and continuing education courses for childcare professionals. The 55 m² hall with wooden floors and a sound system can also be hired for courses, yoga, dance and similar activities.
