Pause & Flow is a partner acrobatics performance that explores the fleeting moments of everyday life - the ones we barely notice, yet carry deep meaning.

The performance examines feelings and relationships between people, focusing on the small fragments of beauty and happiness hidden in daily routines. The audience is invited to reflect on what these moments truly mean.

The performance was created with support from Nordic Culture Point and the Finnish Cultural Institute. DYNAMO's residency programme is supported by Odense Municipality and the Danish Arts Foundation.

About the venue: Dynamo - Workspace for circus and performing art

DYNAMO opened in January 2017 in a converted grain warehouse at Odense Harbour and serves as a stage and workspace for contemporary circus and physical performing arts. Its 1,300 m² accommodate 15-20 national and international circus companies in residency each year, alongside guest performances, work-in-progress showings and masterclasses. The venue was founded by circus artists Gry Lambertsen and Rune Vadstrøm Andersen and hosts the annual DYNAMO Circus Festival.
