Amyl and The Sniffers are an Australian punk and pub rock band from Melbourne, formed in 2016 by vocalist Amy Taylor, guitarist Declan Mehrtens, drummer Bryce Wilson, and bassist Gus Romer. They built their reputation on ferocious live shows and a raw, 70s-rooted sound, breaking internationally with their 2019 self-titled debut. Their 2024 album Cartoon Darkness swept four ARIA Awards including Album of the Year and earned the band their first Grammy nomination.
Amyl and The Sniffers won three awards at the APRA Music Awards 2026 and were the most winning act at this year's ceremony.
