Dodo Gad (born Maria Charlotte Gad, 1962) is the lead singer of the Danish pop-rock band Dodo & the Dodos, which she co-founded in 1986. The band broke through with their debut album in 1987 and became one of Denmark's most popular acts of the late 1980s and early 1990s, with songs like "Vågner i natten", "Sømand af verden" and "Giv mig hvad du har" becoming lasting classics. The band has sold over 800,000 albums and continues to tour Denmark regularly. Since 2011, Dodo Gad has also performed as a solo artist with Benny Andersen's Svante songs on the bossa nova and jazz album "DodoBennyBossa".
Dodo & the Dodos are on an autumn tour in 2026 with stops in, among others, Ringsted, Svendborg, Hjørring and Greve.
The band plays a summer concert at Den Fynske Landsby in Odense on September 5, 2026 with XL-sized screen and full orchestra.
